Our Self-Pay Fee Structure:


  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes):$300

    • This comprehensive first appointment includes a detailed assessment of your history, current symptoms, and collaborative development of your personalized treatment plan.

  • Follow-Up Medication Management (20-30 minutes):$150

    • These sessions are for ongoing medication review, symptom monitoring, and adjustments to your treatment plan as needed to optimize your well-being.


  • Extended Follow-Up Medication + Supportive Therapy (45-60 minutes):$200-300

    • For times when you need more than just medication management, these extended sessions allow for deeper discussion, supportive therapy, and additional skill-building.

  • Discounted Rates:Reduced rates for self-pay clients, making quality care more accessible. Initial evaluation is $250 and each 30-minute follow-up appointment is $125.

  • Privacy:No insurance company reports or diagnoses on your permanent health record, offering greater confidentiality.


  • Freedom in Care:Treatment decisions are made purely between you and your provider, without insurance limitations on session length, frequency, or type of service.


Payment Options:


We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of service.

    • Is pre-authorization required for psychiatric services?

What if You Don't Have Insurance, or We're Out-of-Network?

Even if we're not in-network with your specific plan, or if you don't have insurance, you still have options:

  • Out-of-Network Benefits:Many plans offer "out-of-network" benefits, which means they'll reimburse you for a portion of our fees after you meet your deductible. We can provide you with a "superbill" (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • Self-Pay Options:For those without insurance, or who prefer not to use it, we offer competitive self-pay rates. We believe everyone deserves access to quality care, and we're happy to discuss our fee structure with you directly.
